My brother (RIP) used to ask me ..."what date is it"? and I'd answer (accurately) "March 4th"..and then he would stomp forward like a soldier (get it)? haha. I like March--I think it will be a great month for all of us! I like this imagery. It reminds me of a mystery book cover.
I'm with ya....Sick of Feb and Hoping March will be a little bit better, but not counting on it. I'm a spring summer girl. I'd live in Key West if I had any money.
PAMO--thank you. I think I do too much piddling around with technology--I started several paintings during the month of February, and none got more than half done. I hope to finish at least ONE during March. I think I'm disappointed in me--not really February.
Yikes....hopefully March will be waaaaaaay better for you!
ReplyDeleteHopefully--except for that switch to Daylight Savings Time.
DeleteYes, that spring ahead causes our cat all sorts of feeding time issues and loud meows of complaints!
DeleteI'm with your cat.

ReplyDeleteThanks Celeste. I hope to remember to use your March 4th order on Monday--it's new to me (and I'll think of you and your brother).
DeleteI so hope March gets much better than February for you then!
ReplyDeleteCrimsonLeaves--I hope so. I might need to sharpen my knife.
DeleteFierce!
ReplyDeleteI wish I were as fierce as my drawings--next life, maybe.
DeleteThis says more than words , your humor never fails :-) Wish you a good month of march !
ReplyDeleteThank you Jane--your paintings are always uplifting.
DeleteI admire your drawing skills, I am not as tech savvy but you should consider saving these sketches, honest creative thinking.
ReplyDeleteThanks Robin. I save a few, but most just go into that little trash can at the bottom of the app.

ReplyDeleteHi Sue (DLPR). Your comment about money reminded me that I forgot to buy my lottery ticket!
DeleteHallie- This is a PHENOMENAL sketch. I love how you infuse all of your art with such meaning. And I admire how you embrace new technologies.
ReplyDeleteI hope March is better than February for you. Sometimes just saying it out loud helps, eh?
Over here- I'm absolutely sick of winter. March has simply got to be better!!!
Thanks for sharing your wonderful art and perspective.
